Topic Today:  What do you need to ACT ON now – as an Agile Manager?

We will propose several ideas, our top priorities, from what we see.   And, you are welcome to propose other actions, ask questions or comment on details.

1. How should front-line managers be organized against the Teams?
2. Using the Impediment List. (And how it helps managers.)
3. Using the Def of Ready. Manager’s perspective.
4. Building great Teams and Fun.

Those are our suggestions on key problems.  Again, we welcome your ideas.

We will make some specific recommendations about one or more of these.

This will be a dialogue.  You are welcome to offer your perspective.
