We are planning to do a series of webinars to discuss things about Scrum that are commonly misunderstood.

A common need is: We have a team. It is not working as well as we wanted. How do we fix it?

For a car, what they almost always say is: Let’s run some diagnostic tests.

So, for you, me, and anyone who wants to start to think of themselves as a ScrumMaster, agile advocate, coach, or manager: Let’s share ideas on how to diagnose a team.

We have an hour, so let’s get into it as much as we can.

Here’s what I expect we can discuss and do:

Introduce the topic.
I will give some ideas. This will get us started, and give everyone something to think about and react to.
Then we discuss. And add to it.

I hope everyone comes to have a good discussion, and represent their issues, hopes, and concerns. Make sure to bring your ideas and questions and talk about your real-life situations!

Note: In future sessions we will discuss other aspects of “How to fix this Team?” Tell me your situation. We might feature it in part of a session.
