Webinar: Dedicated and Stable Teams

In this webinar, we will discuss the value of dedicated and stable Scrum Teams.

Our bias is that you want to play Scrum in a professional way, and so, usually, we want dedicated and stable teams.  (I am assuming the typical total Team is 7 people, although this is not very important in this case.) But WHY is this a good idea? And how do we convince the right people to make it happen?

Let’s be clear. Dedicated and stable is not an absolute requirement (e.g., in the Scrum Guide). BUT, Jeff Sutherland and others strongly recommend it as a general rule. In any case, you have to change their minds (to some degree) usually.

We will share our ideas, and we will ask you to share your ideas, suggestions and questions. You are certainly free to disagree (although you must say so quickly). Your questions are more welcome (i.e., we hope to give them a reasonable percentage of time).

Call: 30 minutes on Zoom. (Zoom details will be sent to you.)
