The CSPO + ARP course includes the Agile Release Planning Workshop. People who have attended the ARP workshop feel it is essential. In the ARP, you will learn many specific skill sets which are very useful in doing Lean-Agile-Scrum well.
Scrum Alliance does not require the ARP workshop for CSM certification, so you can choose the CSM only if your main concern is certification.
It’s possible to take the ARP Workshop at another time. (The price is $50 less if you buy it today.)
Reminder: For the CSPO + ARP, the days line up as H-H-Full-H-H (for M-T-W-Th-F). For the CSPO only, the days line up as H-H-Full (for M-T-W).
