New Webinar Series!
[Updated Aug 4, 2017.]
We at Lean Agile Training, in cooperation with virtual classroom expert, Dr. Ron Kantor, are planning to inaugurate an interactive webinar series. Better than what you may have experienced.
The focus is helping experienced and novice practitioners of Lean-Agile-Scrum to navigate some of the challenges and constraints they face, in attempting to implement these approaches, in their organizations.
The goal is to help you and your teams.
Sessions will have a regular format for examining key concepts. Joe will function as the main subject matter expert and faculty. We will also bring in other experts to engage in focused discussions based on recent practice.
Most important, the session will provide participants with numerous opportunities to get your hot issues on the table and your pressing questions answered. However, we will mostly focus on one main topic.
A knowledge data base will also be created with webinar materials, job aids and performance support that will be accessible to participants who sign up for the full webinar series.
We expect the first “pilot” session to be on Friday, September 29th from 10AM – 11:30AM EDT.
Only a small number of select participants will be able to participate in this initial pilot. Participants will be selected on a first come – first serve basis, so please indicate your interest early.
Those who opt in to participate in the pilot should expect to spend 20-30 minutes after the formal session concludes to provide their feedback on the webinar’s design and how to focus the content going forward.
Of course we cannot anticipate the feedback. We will not be surprised if some of the ideas expressed here are changed, but more likely ‘details’ will be adjusted with your feedback. For example, feedback might suggest changes to the format, or better execution of the ‘format’.
The vision is that this is an ongoing series; we do it every month as far as the eye can see.
Sessions will last 1.5 hours. You can get PDUs and SEUs for them. We expect pricing to be $40 per session, and $30 per session if you sign up for 6 sessions from the next 12 months.
In considering the pricing, understand that we are investing in identifying the content, developing content, and in designing the format to be interactive and entertaining. This takes time from our very limited supply of ‘available’ time. Again, we expect these to be much better than some of the webinars some of you have tried.
You are of course welcome to write us with feedback: jhlittle@leanagiletraining.com.
