2012 Agile Dev Survey

Once again, agile and scrum are making more progress in the real world.

Is the world all rosy now?   Well, that depends.  Compared to last year, in terms of Agile, I think things are better.  Compared to where we could be, we have a long way to go.

People still like central planning too much.

People do not understand well-enough the power of a Team.

Many managers have no clue about self-organization.

Despite some backward moves, we make progress.

It is a survey, not science exactly, but it does say and mean something.
