The Scrum Cards 2025

I really like these cards. (See the link below to download them.)

They enable good conversations.  Both about a given thing (idea, role, event, artifact, etc).  And about HOW we can improve.

They can be used when you start a Team, and talk about the “way of working” the Team will use.

And they can be used “in the middle”, as a way to discuss the best change or improvement the Team might make.
