In this short (30 min) webinar, we will be discussing our new “Team Level Up workshop”.

This is an in-house workshop to enable your Team to do two things:

(a) level set on what agile-scrum is (typically we find a lot of holes, mis-understandings and disagreements)

(b) agree on how to Level Up, as the gamers say, to raise their own level of play.
